CISOGear ("we," "us," "our") provides custom cybersecurity gear, device accessories, and production services. By using our website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.
Services
CISOGear is a custom production service, not a retail store. All orders begin with a quote request and are scoped, priced, and approved before production begins. Pricing is quote-based and depends on complexity, materials, quantity, and delivery requirements.
Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request does not constitute an order or obligation to purchase. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Production begins only after written approval of the final quote.
Custom Products
- All products are custom-manufactured to your specifications
- Custom items are non-refundable once production begins
- Prototype/pilot runs are available to validate fit and finish before full production
- Design files (STLs) provided by you remain your intellectual property
Intellectual Property
CISOGear retains ownership of designs created by us unless otherwise agreed. Client-supplied files, logos, and designs remain the property of the client. We will not share, resell, or redistribute client files without permission.
Shipping & Delivery
Production timelines and shipping estimates are provided with each quote. While we make every effort to meet stated timelines, production delays may occur. We are not liable for shipping carrier delays.
Limitation of Liability
CISOGear provides physical products and accessories. We are not responsible for cybersecurity outcomes, compliance certifications, or security incidents. Our products are tools and accessories — they do not replace professional cybersecurity services or controls.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
